Hip hop fitdance

Hip hop fit is a dance class made on coolest new music, where you will learn latest hip hop, house, street jazz and urban latin dance styles.
Dancing makes us happy and keeps us in a good shape. When you dance, you strengthen your muscles and joints, improve your coordination and body control. At the same time dancing is an aerobic workout, because music, dance steps and a top motivated instructor are keeping you up to the beat.

The class starts with a warm up and ends with cool down and stretching. Everyone can join, even if you have never danced before.
