Each week you can participate in Dance, Step class, Barre Fitness and Hot stretching
Step basic, Mondays at 4:30 pm
The class consists several simple choreographies prepared on the music, that everyone can follow. It is for those of you who have little or no experience with the step bench that accompanies this class. Step is an aerobic workout, where you improve your coordination, balance and body control. A happy dance time on the step bench with a big smile, heart rate and lots of sweat.
Barre fitness, Wednesdays at 4:30 pm
Barre fitness is a whole body workout that combines the best elements of ballet barre, pilates, functional training and stretching. Everyone can join, even if you have never danced classical ballet. Exercises are focused on:
- strength, agility and flexibility
- posture and body control
- focus and concentration
- musicality and coordination
Dance, Thursdays at 5:30 pm
Dancing makes us happy and keeps us in a good shape. When you dance, you strengthen your muscles and joints, improve your coordination and body control. At the same time dancing is an aerobic workout, because music, dance steps and a top motivated instructor are keeping you up to the beat. The class starts with warm up and ends with cool down and stretching. Everyone can join, even if you have never danced before.
Hot Stretching, Thursdays at 7:30 pm
This class is focused on exercises that help you achieve greater flexibility, mobility and body control. With help of the heat your muscles get warmed up and relaxed and also stay warm, when you are holding different positions. We will also use some tools are to get addition help or stretch in our exercises. A really good class for those who are training on a daily basis and also for those who sit a lot working on the computer.
